Simple Strategies for Social Success at School- This workshop discussed the strategies to use with students to increase the retention and application of knowledge in the area of social language skills. Specific approaches that can be used in the school setting were explained. Determine where and how to begin an appropriate intervention program that targets specific areas of social language weakness. Create an intervention program that targets several specific school-based social language needs. Select specific social language strategies that support academic achievement.
